Coral Sands

Coral Sands was perfect for our family Thanksgiving! Dauphin Island Real Estate was very easy to work with, check-in/out was a breeze, great trip start to finish!

The customer service from DIRE and our stay at Coral Sands were absolutely top notch! We had a few questions before and during our stay and the staff at DIRE was always kind, prompt and helpful. Coral Sands was right on the gulf, which made for such easy access to the water. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, heated pool and structural integrity of the house. The attention to detail, finishes and linens were top of the line. We cannot wait to book this home for next year!

This house was perfect for our annual girls trip! We spent most of our time on the deck & in the pool with a great ocean view. We tried to rebook for next year & already taken. Beautiful house.

I was fortunate enough to rent Coral Sands for a 2nd consecutive year and we were just as pleased with this visit as we were with the first. All of the same reasons apply from my first review to this stay. The house is well maintained, clean, and functional. I highly recommend this property and would rent it again.

We have stayed in this home twice now and love the location and views.

The home was beautiful and really cozy, great beds matter to us and they were so comfortable. Steps to the beach made it effortless to spend the day crabbing, swimming or soaking up the sun. We will definitely come again.

When we arrived I could tell that this home was going to be the nicest we had ever rented on the Island and as soon as we opened the door, the entire family was amazed!! Gorgeous home... beautifully furnished... amazing pool and our favorite... a private beach! There is an empty lot beside the home so you don't have a house on each side of you cramping you through the week. Dauphin Island Realty is our favorite rental property company by far! Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Thanks for a great week!!

The house, pool, porch, and beach are simply amazing! Coral Sands sits directly on the beach. You walk down the steps and with just a few paces you are ready to enjoy the beach! Best location we have ever had! Can’t say enough good about it. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week. It’s a beautiful home that we thoroughly enjoyed.

I've wanted to rent Coral Sands for several years and this year it was finally available. Great location with the finest details from the tall ceilings to the best kitchen layout for multiple people working. I have 2 tall teenage nephews and need queen size beds in the same room. Bunk room with two twin over full beds was also spacious. As of this review, there is an empty lot on one side of Coral Sands and a great 2 bedroom house on the other side. This house is far enough away to have good neighbors but that you shouldn't hear them and they shouldn't hear you. This deck and pool is the largest and most well appointed of all the houses I've rented. Outdoor table has seating for 10 instead of 8 or 6. An additional recommendation for Dauphin Island Real Estate (DIRE). Best local rental company on the island. I've used them for 4 houses since 2019 and won't use anyone else. They deliver quality houses with above average customer service.

This home is beautiful. It was exactly as we saw it online. It was well stocked and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our 2 Grandbabies enjoyed the pool as well as the rest of us. I think we collected a couple of pounds of shells. This is a great home, very clean. Anyone coming to Dauphin Island will be very impressed. With all this home has to offer.

This house is beautiful! Plenty of room for our family of 10! It had everything we needed and more. We can't wait to come back!

Great property! This was our third time to the island and Coral Sands has been the nicest property we have rented. Location was excellent, property was clean and the pool was great. We will definitely be back.

Loved Coral Sands! Steps away from the gulf. Beautiful house! Great well stocked kitchen. The master baths were very nice! Kids loved the pool! Dauphin Island is our happy place!
