House is immaculate, comfortable and has an excellent view of the beach. We experienced no problems and like the ability to park underneath and get our car out of the Sun. This is my second visit to South 40 and would definitely rent it again.

The home was just as depicted in listing. It was clean and well equipped. Great proximity to the beach. Easy check in and check out. It was our first time to Dauphin island. Hope to see you again.❤️
